What is Covered by This Limited Warranty?

Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic (“Company”) provides this Limited Warranty to warrant that any maintenance and repair services purchased and provided through our service (the “Services”) will be free from defects in materials supplied by the Company and in the workmanship performed by our mechanics.

This Limited Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law. Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic disclaims any other implied warranties beyond those expressly contained in this Limited Warranty. The total amount of damages covered by this Limited Warranty will not exceed the actual cost of covered repairs.

This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Services and is non-transferable. It does not extend to any individual who may purchase, borrow, use, or lease the vehicle after the Services were performed.

How Long Does This Limited Warranty Last?

The warranty period varies based on the type of service performed:

  • Oil Changes: 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first.
  • Drivetrain Components (Brakes, Suspension, etc.): 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
  • All Other Repairs and Services: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first.

If a part used in the service has a manufacturer warranty exceeding the above terms, that longer warranty will apply only to the part, while this Limited Warranty will cover the labor.

Remedial work performed under this Limited Warranty does not restart the Warranty Period.

What Will Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic Do if a Covered Service is Defective During the Warranty Period?

If the materials provided or the work performed in the Services has a defect within the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion:

  1. Provide a mechanic at no charge to inspect and, if necessary, correct the defect, including replacing defective parts supplied by the Company, or
  2. Refund the amount paid for the defective service. Refunds will be limited to the amount actually paid for the service and will not include any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.

To file a claim, you must contact Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic before seeking repairs elsewhere. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this Limited Warranty.

What is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  • Any work paid directly to a mechanic rather than through Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic.
  • Any work not scheduled and processed through Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, theft, vandalism, fire, water, weather conditions, or external causes.
  • Vehicles used commercially, including fleet vehicles, rideshare, and delivery services.
  • Issues unrelated to the Services purchased (e.g., you request an oil change, but your car has an existing oil leak unrelated to the service).
  • Pre-existing conditions that were not known or discovered at the time of service.
  • Any repairs beyond the original diagnosis that you requested outside of the recommended service.
  • Consequential effects of the Services performed (e.g., if a transmission fluid change causes shifting issues due to pre-existing wear or improper past maintenance, this would not be covered).

When is This Limited Warranty Void?

This Limited Warranty will be voided in the following cases:

  • Parts not purchased through Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic are used in the repair.
  • Services are performed outside the manufacturer’s recommendations (e.g., using conventional oil when synthetic oil is required).
  • The vehicle is taken to another repair provider without first allowing Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic the opportunity to inspect and remedy the issue.
  • Any unauthorized modifications or tampering with parts or repairs performed by Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic.

If a service call is made under this Limited Warranty and the issue is determined not to be a result of defective materials or workmanship, a diagnostic fee equal to one hour of labor will be charged.

How to File a Claim

To request service under this Limited Warranty, you must contact us at Warranty@fastandreliablemobilemechanic.com within the Warranty Period.

Important: The vehicle must be within our service area to qualify for warranty work. If a mechanic determines that there is a defect in materials or workmanship, we will schedule an appointment to perform remedial service or replace defective parts at no additional cost to you.

Fast and Reliable Mobile Mechanic does not assume or authorize anyone to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with the Services provided.
